Diane has over 30 years of experience as a Vocational Counselor.  She is certified to work in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Vermont.  Diane is renowned for her exceptional ability to work with challenging cases as well as her overall Return-to-Work success.  She excels at expert testimony, is certified to complete Ergonomic Assessments and she provides Veteran’s Employability Assessments.  Diane covers eastern and central Massachusetts, as well as New Hampshire, southern Maine and eastern Vermont.

Jennifer Alden
RN, BS, ADN

Jen has been a member of the VRS team since May of 2021 and serves as a Medical Case Manager in the central Vermont region including the Barre-Montpelier, White River Junction and Rutland triangle. She began her nursing career in 2011 and over that time has held diverse clinical, management, and case management positions.

Karen Aresco

Karen joined the VRS Team in early 2022.  She has been an RN since 1994, during which time she has served in multiple settings as both a medical and psychiatric nurse, most often in management and supervisory roles.  Karen has been providing Case Management services since 2018 and is ideally situated to cover the state of Connecticut.

Lisa joined the VRS Team in March of 2021 and serves as a Medical Case Manager in the Boston, South Shore, Rhode Island triangle.  She began her nursing career in 1991 and over that time has provided a wide variety of medical services and expertise to a large and diverse population of patients.

Jennifer joined the VRS Team in 2022 and has worked as an RN in a variety of clinical, management, and Case Management positions, since 2009. She covers Connecticut and Rhode Island.

Linda Brier
RN, BSN, MSN

Linda covers Chittenden County as well as central and northern Vermont. She has over 40 years experience in the medical field, including 30 plus years as a manager and supervisor at FAHC and NMC where she supervised as many as 60 staff at one time and was responsible for multi-million dollar budgets. In addition, Linda served for 20 years in the Vermont Army National Guard including nine years as State Chief Nurse and three years as a Deputy Commander. She was assigned to Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington DC during Operation Desert Storm and retired with a rank of full Lieutenant Colonel. For the past seven years Linda has worked as a Nurse Case Manager specializing in Stay-at-Work and Return-to-Work. She has authored and co-authored numerous articles and videos and is the recipient of multiple military medals and awards as well as private commendations and recognition. Consistent with the philosophy at VRS, Linda takes great pride in meeting and exceeding the high expectations of those who utilize her expertise.

Tara Carter
RN, BS, BSN, CMT

Tara joined the VRS Team in June 2018 and serves as a Medical Case Manager in Vermont. She is a Licensed Registered Nurse with a specialty in orthopedics. Tara has a B.S. in Nutrition/Dietetics with a concentration in Sports Medicine and Athletic Training. She is also a Certified Massage Therapist who in her spare time enjoys supporting her two children in their sporting endeavors. Tara covers Chittenden County (Burlington metro) and surrounding areas.

Michael Chartrand

Michael has been providing Vocational Rehabilitation services to injured workers in Vermont and New Hampshire since 2013 and has been a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist since 2016.  He has two master’s degrees, including an MA in Rehabilitation Counseling from Assumption College.  His professional affiliations include the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals and the Vermont Safety and Health Council.  Michael covers the northern half of Vermont, including Lebanon to Barre-Montpelier to Burlington, as well as parts of western New Hampshire.

Aline joined the VRS team as a VR intern in early 2022. She has a BS in Community Health Science and will earn her MA in Vocation Rehabilitation from Assumption College in December. Aline has extensive experience working with diverse populations and interdisciplinary teams and is passionate about helping injured workers meet their vocational goals. She is mentored by Laurie Martin CRC, CEAS and covers eastern Massachusetts.

Rosalyn Davidoff

Rosalyn joined the VRS team in early 2022. She earned her MS in Rehabilitation Counseling from Boston University and has numerous professional designations. Rosalyn provides Labor Market Surveys and Vocational Expert Witness Testimony throughout Massachusetts. With nearly 30 years of experience in the field, she is highly regarded for her expertise and professionalism.

Karen Donnelly

Karen joined the VRS Team in early 2022 and has worked as an RN is various capacities and settings since 2009. She has worked as a Nurse Case Manager since 2011. Prior to her medical career, Karen earned her MBA and worked as a Regional Project Manager for 15 years for a Fortune 20 company. Karen covers the North and South Shore of Massachusetts as well as southern New Hampshire and all of Rhode Island. She is licensed in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and engaging in outdoor activities. As with all the staff at VRS, Karen is a passionate professional dedicated to helping workers from all walks of life regain their health and livelihood.

Lucy Dupont

Lucy covers Chittenden County as well as central and northern Vermont. She has over 30 years experience in the medical field and has accumulated a variety of skills including bedside nursing, education, management and case management. In addition, Lucy has been a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) since 1990 with an emphasis on rehabilitation, medical-surgical, palliative and home health care. She has instituted, managed, marketed, directed and supervised numerous medical and HR programs in varied medical environments. A lifelong Vermonter, Lucy is also the Choir Director at her church and is an accomplished professional soloist and guitarist. Consistent with the philosophy at VRS, Lucy believes in collaboration, education and communication as well as meeting and exceeding the high expectations of those who rely on her expertise.

Lisa Ernst

Lisa joined the VRS Team in early 2023 and has twenty years’ experience as an RN in a variety of clinical positions, specializing mainly in field epidemiology and psychiatric nursing.  She covers Boston/northeastern Massachusetts/southern New Hampshire and is licensed in Massachusetts, Maine, and New Hampshire.

Susan Gorborino

Sue joined the VRS Team in January of 2022. She has over twenty (20) years of experience as a Clinical and Field Case Manager and is well respected for her ability to work with diverse populations, her collaborative approach to Case Management, and for consistently achieving successful Return-to-Work outcomes. She believes her early experience working in oncology and hospice had a profound and positive impact on her career as a Nurse Case Manager. A graduate of Quinnipiac University, Sue covers Connecticut and western Massachusetts and is licensed in both states.

Michele Greco

Michele joined the VRS Team in May of 2021.  She began her nursing career in 1992 and over that time has held a wide variety of both clinical and management positions.  Michele is fluent in English and Spanish and covers all of Connecticut as well as western Massachusetts.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and participating in winter activities as well as reading, cooking and going to the beach.  As with all the staff at VRS, Michele is a dedicated professional who takes great pride in her work.

Amy joined the VRS Team in 2022 and since 2002 has worked as an RN in a variety clinical and management positions, including five years as a Workers’ Compensation and Occupational Health RN. She covers central Vermont, western Massachusetts and the Albany, NY metro region.

Liv Hooker
RN, CCM

Liv joined the VRS MCM Team in November of 2020. She has been a registered nurse since 1989 and a Medical Case Manager working with injured workers since 1994. Liv is an expert at managing catastrophic injuries and is skilled at assessing treatment plans, coordinating medical care and in making sure non-catastrophic injuries do not run off the rails. She is highly regarded for her ability to maintain ongoing communication and collaboration with all stakeholders and is experienced working with employers providing Job Analysis and assisting in determining the availability of modified-duty work. In her spare time, Liv is involved in animal rescue and enjoys photography and spending time with her husband and five dogs. Liv covers central and southern Vermont as well as western New Hampshire.

Amy Keane

Amy has been a member of the VRS Team since February of 2020 and serves as a Medical Case Manager in Vermont.  She earned her Nursing Degree at Western Governors University in 2019 and has been a Licensed Registered Nurse since 2017.  She also has a BS Degree in Applied Psychology and has worked in the healthcare field since 2009.   In her spare time, Amy enjoys outdoor adventures with her dog.   Her territory covers northern and central Vermont including Burlington, Barre-Montpelier, St. Albans and all points in between.

Coleen Kearon

Coleen has worked as a Vocational Counselor since 2000 and is currently certified in Vermont and New Hampshire. A Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS), she also specializes in Ergonomic Evaluations and Job Analyses and is an asset to employers looking to prevent workplace injuries and increase employee retention. Highly regarded for her professional and practical approach, Coleen helps clients gain valuable job search skills that enable them to return to suitable employment. She is also sought after for her skills as an Independent Voc Evaluator. Prior to becoming a VR Counselor, Coleen worked as a Clinical Case Manager for individuals with chronic mental illness, and as a Crisis Counselor for a state hospital diversion program. She also served as a Student Advisor/Instructor at the secondary and college level. Coleen enjoys working with diverse populations, focusing on helping injured workers in transition acquire the skills they need to re-enter the workforce. Consistent with the philosophy at VRS, Coleen understands the importance of communication and ensuring that everyone involved is up-to-date on every file.

She began her nursing career in 1994, over which time she has provided a wide variety of medical services and expertise to a diverse population of patients. Teri Lawrence

Teri joined the VRS VR Team in June, 2015. She has a BS in Behavioral Science as well a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Vermont. She has worked as a Rehabilitation Specialist, Career Coordinator and Case Manager since 1986, during which time she was employed at a private psychiatric treatment facility. Teri is also a Qualified Myers Briggs Examiner. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor sports, gardening, her pets and spending time with her husband and three children. Teri  covers central Vermont as well as the Northeast Kingdom.

Susan has been a Medical Case Manager since 1997 and is certified as a Catastrophic Case Manager. Susan is known and respected for her ability to move even the most complex cases toward appropriate and timely resolution. As with all of the professionals at VRS, Susan has a great working relationship with all of the providers in her area of coverage, which includes eastern, central and western MA as well as New Hampshire, Rhode Island and southern Maine.

Sandi Mann

Sandi has been providing Vocational Rehabilitation Services in Vermont, New Hampshire and Massachusetts since 1991. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and has her Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Assumption College in Worcester, MA. Sandi is highly respected for her ability to work effectively and collaboratively with clients, insurance adjusters, medical professionals, attorneys and various state agencies. Her exceptional communication and case management skills, as well as her rapport with people of diverse backgrounds, translate to timely and appropriate Return-to-Work outcomes and/or case resolution. Consistent with the philosophy at VRS, Sandi employs a professional and practical approach to VR services that focuses on regular communication with all parties. Sandi is certified to provide her expertise in Vermont and New Hampshire.

Katie joined the VRS team in early 2022. She earned her MA in Rehabilitation Counseling from Assumption College in 2001 and has worked in the VR field providing counseling and guidance to persons with disabilities for most of the past 20 years. Katie is on track to earn her CVRP designation in July 2022. In her spare time, Katie owns a dog grooming business, coaches her children’s sports teams, and volunteers in the community. Her areas of coverage are New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Bill has been providing Vocational Rehabilitation services to injured workers since 1993. Bill is also a Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician. Bill covers all of western Vermont as well as northeastern New York.

Terri has been a field case manager since 1988. Terri has experience in both Vocational and Medical case management in both the Workers’ Compensation and Long-Term Disability realm. She is also extremely accomplished doing Massachusetts pre-surgical Fee Negotiations and has saved customers millions of dollars through this service. Terri covers all of Massachusetts, Rhode Island and southern Maine.

Allison Trigilio-Cincotti

Allison joined the VRS Team in September 2018 and serves as a Medical Case Manager in Massachusetts. She is a Licensed Registered Nurse and holds BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course) certifications. Allison spent the last three years at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston in the Emergency Department Trauma Center. She has a bachelor’s degree of Health Sciences and Nursing from UMASS and was a recipient of the Chancellor’s Scholarship Award for Academic Excellence. Allison resides in Charlestown, Massachusetts and in her spare times enjoys travel and watching her two sons play hockey and soccer. Her territory covers the Boston metro area south to Cape Cod.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time at the beach, reading, teaching, and learning. Rosanne is a dedicated professional who takes great pride and pleasure in helping a diverse population of injured workers regain their health and livelihood.

Lori joined the VRS MCM Team in May, 2015. She has been a registered nurse since 1990 and a Medical Case Manager working with injured workers since 2008. Lori is an expert at managing catastrophic injuries and is skilled at assessing treatment plans, coordinating medical care and ensuring appropriate approvals for recommended treatment interventions. She is highly regarded for her ability to maintain ongoing collaboration and communication with insurance adjusters, injured workers, state agencies, medical professionals and attorneys. Lori has twenty years of Critical Care and Emergency Medicine experience and has earned five separate accreditation. She volunteers with her local animal shelter and local Fire and Ambulance Department. Lori covers central and western Massachusetts as well as Connecticut from Hartford to the north and west.

Ken has been providing Vocational Rehabilitation services to injured workers since 1980, almost all of which has been as a Team Lead or Supervisor.  He has earned master’s degrees in Administration as well as Education/Counseling and is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and has the medical Certified Case Manager (CCM) designation.  Over the span of his career, Ken has provided a wide variety of services and expertise to employers, injured workers, and individuals with disabilities throughout Vermont and Massachusetts.  Ken joined the VRS team in May 2021 and will work from his office in the Burlington, Vermont metro area.  He remains actively involved in hiking, paddle-boarding, hockey, and canoeing.
